Recruitment Officer/Supervisor

• Must be adept in end to end recruitment process
• Must have experience in food and retail industry recruitment
• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, schedules, etc.)
• Discuss with HR managers to determine staffing needs
• Follow up interview process status with HR Manager
• Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
• Ensuring background and reference checks are completed

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Must be willing to work on saturday
• Willing to do field work
• Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.
• Have experience in recruitment in food industr
• Full-Time position(s) available
