Recruitment Operations Manager

About the role

As an Operations Manager at Reed TS , you will lead the delivery of high-volume recruitment and vetting services within a large-scale international logistics operation. You will be responsible for managing teams, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering high-quality service aligned with client expectations.

Key responsibilities

🤝 Stakeholder management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure end-to-end delivery
• Drive client satisfaction and identify growth opportunities

👥 Leadership & people management

• Lead and develop recruitment teams (team of 20+ employees)
• Manage performance cycles, objectives, and succession planning
• Handle employee relations and team development

⚙️ Operational excellence

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes
• Ensure compliance, process improvement, and documentation
• Monitor KPIs & SLAs
• Use data and reporting to drive decisions
• Optimise candidate journey and onboarding

📊 Performance & commercial delivery

• Drive team performance against targets
• Manage budgets, costs, and profitability
• Ensure operational efficiency and service quality

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment operations / talent acquisition / BPO
• Strong people management and leadership skills
• Experience in high-volume recruitment environments
• Fluency in English and Hungarian
• Familiarity with Hungarian employment regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of IT literacy (MS Office, reporting tools)
• Results-driven, proactive mindset
