Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for non-IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the job posting.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth interview process from start to finish.
• Provide guidance on salary negotiations and offer extensions to ensure successful candidate placement.

Job Requirements :

• 0-5 years of experience in recruitment or related field (e.g., human resources).
• Strong understanding of non-IT recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and candidates alike.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools.
