Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from Psychology.
• Experienced in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition field.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Adaptive, creative, and communicative.
• Willing to be placed at Cilincing, North Jakarta.

Job Description

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Conducting psychological tests and assessments.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to understand staffing needs.
• Compile, post, and monitor job advertisements.
• Reviewing job applications and candidate backgrounds.
• Responsible for candidates during the recruitment process.
• Doing coaching and counseling for new joiners during the probation period.
• Doing company branding to increase public awareness.
