Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, endorsement, and offer coordination.
• Handle multiple open roles simultaneously while maintaining quality hiring standards.
• Post job advertisements and source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments based on job requirements.

Technical & Engineering Recruitment

• Recruit for technical and engineering-related roles such as Draftspersons, Estimators, Engineers, and Project Coordinators.
• Screen candidates for relevant technical experience, software knowledge, and industry background.
• Coordinate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements and candidate expectations.

Client & Candidate Coordination

• Maintain professional communication with clients regarding hiring updates, candidate availability, and recruitment timelines.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely updates and clear communication.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within a BPO, RPO, or staffing environment.
• Experience handling high-volume hiring is preferred.
• Background in technical, engineering, construction, or professional services recruitment is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), sourcing platforms, and Boolean search techniques.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple hiring requirements.
