Recruitment Specialist

Job Responsibilities

Support the full process of overseas talent recruitment; systematically coordinate and implement the entire recruitment workflow, formulate and execute talent searching and sourcing plans, including but not limited to job posting release, resume screening, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, pre-onboarding management, etc.

Support the establishment of overseas teams from scratch (0-1 stage). Maintain close and effective communication with business departments and clients, fully understand recruitment standards and talent demands, and deliver recruitment targets on schedule and in full quantity. Keep track of industry and talent market trends, and provide business teams with valuable market and talent analysis reports.

Conduct job analysis based on clients’ industries, develop targeted candidate sourcing plans and strategies, and deliver recruitment projects such as international talent mapping and high-end talent recruitment.

Explore potential recruitment channels in depth, carry out targeted channel development as well as result analysis and summary, analyze recruitment data and recruitment funnel, so as to improve recruitment efficiency.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above; at least 1 year of overseas headhunting recruitment experience is preferred.

Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills, with strong interpersonal sensitivity and influence.

Passion for recruitment work, strong self-motivation, and willingness to embrace challenges.

Fluent Chinese capable of daily working communication; overseas study or working experience is preferred.
