Recruitment Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for blue-collar positions, including Technicians, IT & others Technical role.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, job fairs, open interviews, and local outreach.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, assessments, and background verification.
• Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
• Ensure timely recruitment and deployment of candidates to meet operational manpower targets.
• Maintain and regularly update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and recruitment records.
• Coordinate onboarding documentation and ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and company requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including training centres, recruitment agencies, and other talent sources.
• Monitor and track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and attrition rates.
• Comply with the company's Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures, and participate in EHS programmes and training as required.

Job Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in high-volume recruitment, blue-collar recruitment, or frontline workforce hiring.

Skills & Knowledge

• Strong candidate sourcing, networking, and recruitment skills.
• Familiarity with labour laws, recruitment practices, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment systems/tools.

• Must be willing to work at Linergy Power, Serendah Plant.
• Willing to travel or participate in recruitment activities such as career fairs, open interviews, and local hiring campaigns when required.
