Recruitment Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and hiring.

• Source qualified candidates through JobStreet, social media, referrals, job portals, and other recruitment channels.

• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and overall fit.

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.

• Prepare and send job offers to selected candidates.

• Handle employee onboarding, including orientation, completion and verification of employment requirements, preparation of onboarding documents, and coordination of new hire start dates.

• Maintain and update employee and candidate records.

• Handle employee offboarding, including resignation processing, exit interviews, clearance, return of company property, and coordination of final requirements.
