泰国招聘专员｜Recruitment Specialist (Thailand)

岗位职责｜Job Responsibilities

• 负责泰国本地招聘工作，包括简历筛选、电话初试、面试邀约及候选人跟进。
  Responsible for local recruitment in Thailand, including resume screening, initial phone interviews, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up.
• 根据公司招聘需求，发布招聘信息并积极开发招聘渠道。
  Post job vacancies and proactively develop recruitment channels based on company hiring needs.
• 负责招聘流程跟进，包括面试、Offer、入职及相关资料收集。
  Follow up the recruitment process, including interviews, offers, onboarding, and related document collection.
• 与用人部门沟通岗位需求，推动招聘计划按时完成。
  Communicate with hiring departments to understand recruitment needs and ensure hiring plans are completed on time.
• 维护招聘数据及候选人人才库，定期更新招聘进度。
  Maintain recruitment data and candidate databases, and regularly update recruitment progress.
• 参与招聘会、校园招聘及其他招聘活动。
  Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and other recruitment activities.

任职资格｜Requirements

• 本科及以上学历，人力资源、管理、语言等相关专业优先。
  Bachelor’s degree or above; major in Human Resources, Management, Languages, or related fields preferred.
• 具备泰国本地招聘经验，熟悉泰国招聘渠道及招聘流程。
  Experience in local recruitment in Thailand and familiarity with local recruitment channels and processes.
• 泰语流利，英语能够进行工作沟通；会中文者优先。
  Fluent in Thai with good working English; Chinese language skills are preferred.
• 具备良好的沟通、协调及候选人管理能力。
  Good communication, coordination, and candidate management skills.
• 熟练使用Office及招聘相关系统/平台。
  Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment-related systems/platforms.
