Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and people-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our growing Talent Acquisition team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, with a strong focus on volume hiring within the BPO industry. You will work closely with clients and hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, attract qualified candidates, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

This is a project-based contract position with a high chance of absorption into a full-time role, providing an excellent opportunity for candidates who are looking to grow their career in Talent Acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer processing and onboarding.
• Handle volume recruitment for various BPO and specialized hiring requirements.
• Partner closely with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean searches, recruitment platforms, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates based on qualifications, experience, communication skills, and role fit.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities with candidates, clients, and hiring managers.
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring requirements.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and hiring insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure a professional, responsive, and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related course.
• 2–3 years of experience in volume recruitment.
• 1–2 years of client-facing experience, preferably in a recruitment or talent acquisition environment.
• 1–2 years of experience in BPO recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple vacancies and priorities effectively.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
• Amenable to working on a mid-shift schedule at our Pasig site – Exquadra Building.
