RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST

About the role

The Recruitment Specialist will handle the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned manpower accounts, including sourcing applicants through Facebook, JobStreet, referrals, walk-ins, and other recruitment channels. The role involves conducting initial interviews and applicant screening, validating requirements, coordinating interviews and assessments, maintaining accurate applicant records, and endorsing qualified candidates for deployment. The Recruitment Specialist will also coordinate closely with clients, recruiters, and operations teams to ensure hiring targets are met and manpower requirements are filled on time.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified applicants for assigned manpower requirements
• Conduct initial screening and interviews
• Coordinate applicant interviews, assessments, and requirements
• Maintain and update applicant databases and recruitment trackers
• Endorse qualified applicants to clients and concerned departments
• Monitor applicant status from application up to deployment
• Assist in job posting and recruitment marketing activities
• Meet assigned hiring and deployment targets
• Provide regular recruitment updates and reports

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
• Experience in recruitment, sourcing, or manpower staffing is preferred
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and sourcing skills are welcome to apply
• Knowledgeable in using Facebook, JobStreet, and other online recruitment platforms
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, proactive, and target-oriented
• Able to handle multiple job vacancies and applicants simultaneously
• Willing to meet daily and monthly recruitment targets
• Willing to work on-site and conduct recruitment activities or field sourcing when required
• With complete mandatory government requirements
