Recruitment Specialist

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including alignment with department supervisors, resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate evaluation, and offer negotiation
• Develop and manage talent pools and channels
• Work with ATS platforms for recruitment management
• Monitor recruitment progress and track recruitment cycles
• Prepare data-driven reports on recruitment metrics

About you

• Hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Strong knowledge of ATS tools
• Completed higher education degree
• Advanced English proficiency
