Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support our growing workforce requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Source and screen suitable candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and other channels
• Conduct phone and virtual interviews
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients
• Manage candidate follow-ups, interview confirmations and onboarding documentation
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and hiring reports
• Support recruitment campaigns, walk-in interviews and job fairs
• Work closely with operations teams to fulfil manpower requirements within timeline
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of recruitment, HR or talent acquisition experience
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
• Familiar with JobStreet, Indeed, LinkedIn and social-media recruitment
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin/Tamil is an added advantage
• Able to work independently, handle multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting
