Job Purpose The purpose of the role is to identify, attract, and select qualified candidates to fill job openings within our organization. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, assessing candidate fit, and managing the entire hiring process. The role would also entail enhancing, streamlining and utilizing recruitment software and processes to improve efficiency.
