Recruitment Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and working closely with hiring managers to attract, assess and hire qualified talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, offer management and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, job specifications and candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through JobStreet, LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, referrals, social media and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience and suitability.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage recruitment documentation and ensure accurate and timely updates of candidate records.
• Provide regular recruitment progress updates and market feedback to hiring managers.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and external recruitment partners.
• Support other HR and talent acquisition initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Candidates with recruitment experience in the Data Centre, IT, Engineering, M&E, Technology or related industries will have a strong advantage.
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening and interview coordination.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with JobStreet, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• Good command of Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and interviewing skills.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Proactive, resourceful and results-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience recruiting technical, engineering, IT infrastructure, Data Centre or M&E professionals.
• Familiarity with technical recruitment and the ability to understand technical job requirements.
• Experience working in a fast-paced recruitment environment with multiple concurrent vacancies.
