Role Description The Recruitment Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza, responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities to support staffing needs across the organization. Day-to-day tasks include partnering with hiring managers to define job requirements, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes. The role involves preparing and posting job descriptions, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience. The Recruitment Specialist will also support onboarding and training coordination for new hires and maintain accurate recruitment records and reports in line with company policies. This position contributes directly to building strong, high-performing teams that align with Domty’s culture and business objectives.

• Candidates should possess strong recruiting and mass hiring skills, including experience managing Screening and recruitment processes.

• Candidates should possess effective interviewing to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with stakeholders and engaging candidates.
• Candidates should possess training and onboarding coordination skills to support smooth integration of new hires.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar HR role, ideally within manufacturing or FMCG, is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple requisitions.
• Knowledge of employment best practices, applicant tracking systems, and basic labor regulations is beneficial.
