Recruitment Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Maintain applicant databases and prepare recruitment reports and metrics.
• Participate in company social media initiatives to strengthen employer branding.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably handling multiple industries such as construction, retail, logistics, and related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, sourcing strategies, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficient in interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable appearing on and engaging through social media for employer branding activities.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
