Recruitment Specialist

About the role

This role involves coordinating recruitment activities across the organization, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and supporting broader HR functions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with HODs to develop Job Descriptions and candidate requirements
• Plan and execute recruitment strategies
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, CV screening, preliminary interviews, and interview coordination
• Prepare interview reports and coordinate interviews with users and upper management when required
• Conduct onboarding, offboarding, and exit interviews
• Maintain recruitment records and candidate pipelines
• Support other HR activities as assigned by the HRGA Manager
• Receive exposure and training in other HR functions such as HR Operations, HR Compliance, Learning & Development, and Employer Branding

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related fields
• Minimum 2–3 years of recruitment experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
• Able to manage multiple vacancies and work independently
• Familiar with LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms
