We are expanding our Singapore team and looking for someone with a genuine passion for recruitment and a love for connecting with people.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to successful placement
• Hunt for the right talent across job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referral networks
• Reach out and build genuine rapport with potential candidates
• Screen and assess candidates through phone and face-to-face interviews
• Prepare clear and concise candidate profiles for internal review
• Coordinate and schedule interviews seamlessly
• Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and database
• Handle multiple job requisitions simultaneously with speed and accuracy
• Continuously find smarter and more creative ways to attract and source talent

You're Who We're Looking For If You:

• Have at least 1–2 years of hands-on recruitment experience — agency or in-house
• Are comfortable managing multiple roles and candidates simultaneously
• Are proactive, organised, and detail-oriented
• Candidates with CEI Certificate and recruitment experience will have added advantage
