Recruitment Specialist – International Hiring

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end international recruitment of Teachers and Nurses .

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen qualified Teachers and Nurses for overseas opportunities.
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate documentation, credential verification, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Support candidates with interview scheduling, offers, and relocation/onboarding processes.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in international hiring.
• Experience recruiting Teachers, Nurses, or other skilled professionals is preferred.
• Strong sourcing, communication, and candidate-management skills.
• Knowledge of international recruitment processes and documentation is an advantage.
