What they need
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team.
Requirements:
4–5 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
Proven experience in Blue Collar & White Collar recruitment.
Strong sourcing and screening skills through different recruitment channels.
Experience in conducting phone & face-to-face interviews.
Ability to handle multiple vacancies and high-volume recruitment.
Strong follow-up skills with candidates and hiring managers.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in Construction / Contracting is preferred.
Location: Heliopolis, Cairo
Pay: E£10,000.00 - E£22,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
