We’re Hiring – Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for a Recruiter

to join our HR team and take ownership of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and hiring.

• Location: Alexandria

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned vacancies.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
• Review CVs and conduct initial screening interviews.
• Coordinate and conduct HR interviews and candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment pipeline.
• Prepare and manage job offers and hiring documentation.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track recruitment KPIs and support continuous improvement of hiring processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and interview techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and work under pressure.
• Good command of MS Office , especially Excel.
