Recruitment Specialist (Mid Shift)

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to support end-to-end talent acquisition across Accounting, Finance, Technology, and volume hiring functions. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, and hiring professionals across multiple disciplines while managing a high volume of requisitions in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong stakeholder management, sourcing expertise, and the ability to deliver quality hires within established timelines.

Required Qualifications

• 3–4 years of recruitment experience with exposure to:

  • Accounting and Finance recruitment
  • Technology/IT recruitment
  • Construction/Engineering
  • High-volume or mass hiring environments

• Proven experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.

• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills using LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.

• Excellent communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting shared services, BPO, fintech, technology, or multinational organizations.
  • Knowledge of recruitment analytics and workforce planning.
  • Experience hiring for both professional and entry-level positions.
  • Familiarity with employer branding and talent marketing initiatives.
