Recruitment Specialist (Multiple)

We are looking for Recruitment Specialist (Executive/ Senior Executive / Team Leader) for Recruitment with strong experience in the Recruitment domain . The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end hiring, partner closely with hiring managers and deliver quality talent across technical, creative, and leadership roles in a fast-paced environment.

Role & responsibilities :

• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer closure and onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, communities, and niche platforms
• Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on technical fit and role suitability
• Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, Handle offer negotiations, closures, and joining follow-ups to meet hiring timelines
• Maintain and update recruitment tracker
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles
• Support employer branding initiatives and participate in hiring events, drives, or campus engagements (if required)

Preferred candidate profile :

Graduate/ PG in HR / Other subjects with relevant experience can apply.

Hands-on recruitment experience in hiring for Manufacturing Industries/ Service Sector. * Impressive experience ( 1 to 6 years) with creative mind and focused.

Senior Recruitment Executives will be considered for suitable higher positions.

Proven experience hiring for Junior, mid to senior-level technical and Commercial roles

• Strong understanding of Manufacturing Industries related requirements ( Preferred)
