About the role

Reporting to the HR Manager, this full-time Recruitment Staff role presents an exciting opportunity to play a key part in supporting the growth of Tony Ting Food Concepts Inc' in Manila City Metro Manila. As a Recruitment Staff, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening and shortlisting qualified candidates for a variety of positions within the company.

What you'll be doing

1. Identifying and attracting top talent through various sourcing channels
2. Screening and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements
3. Coordinating and conducting interviews with hiring managers
4. Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
5. Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all recruitment activities
6. Collaborating with the HR team to improve recruitment strategies and processes

What we're looking for

1. 1-3 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Excellent organizational and time management abilities
4. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
5. Familiarity with the local job market and recruitment best practices
6. A keen eye for talent and the ability to assess candidate suitability
