Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and update job descriptions to accurately reflect role requirements.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ skills and suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Verify candidate references and conduct background checks.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress and metrics.
• Attend job fairs, networking events and industry conferences to attract potential candidates.
