Recruitment Supervisor (Platform)

We are looking for a Recruitment Supervisor to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates. This is an Individual Contributor role focused on sourcing, candidate assessment, and partnership with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer and pre-employment.
• Source candidates through JobStreet, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand and fulfill manpower requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Monitor recruitment progress and meet hiring targets and timelines.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide hiring reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Experience with JobStreet, LinkedIn, and ATS is an advantage.
