Recruitment Supervisor

Key responsibilities

• Drive candidate pipelines using a broad spectrum of recruitment channels, including job boards, headhunting partners, campus programs, and referral networks
• Lead social media sourcing initiatives across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, WeChat) to promote openings and strengthen employer branding
• Supervise recruiters, oversee end-to-end hiring workflows, and ensure timely, high-quality fills across departments
• Partner with department managers to define candidate profiles, headcount timelines, and evaluation criteria
• Monitor channel ROI, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rates to continuously optimize recruitment strategies

About you

• 3+ years of TA/recruitment experience with 1+ year in a supervisory or team lead capacity
• Proven track record of leveraging diverse sourcing channels and social media recruiting tools
• Proficient with ATS systems, talent databases, and advanced digital search techniques
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or relevant field
