About the role

We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Recruitment Supervisor to lead our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, manage a team of recruiters, and develop strategies to attract, select, and retain top-tier talent. You will work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure our hiring process aligns with company goals.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor, guide, and supervise recruitment specialists, setting performance targets and KPIs to ensure hiring goals are met.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes for specialized and volume roles, from job posting and sourcing to screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers across various departments to forecast staffing needs and understand specific role requirements.
• Continuously evaluate and improve talent acquisition strategies, employer branding initiatives, and recruitment workflows to enhance candidate experience and reduce time-to-hire.
• Track recruitment analytics and generate regular reports on hiring metrics (e.g., source of hire, cost-per-hire, turnover rates) to drive data-backed decisions.
• Ensure all hiring practices comply with local labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies.

About you

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in sourcing techniques, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities with the capability to manage multiple high-priority roles simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of local labor codes and hiring regulations.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
