About the role

We are looking for a detailed-oriented and proactive Recruitment Support Specialist to manage our end-to-end recruitment operations. You will support the talent acquisition team by coordinating candidate pipelines, scheduling interviews, handling candidate communication, and managing onboarding administration to ensure a seamless hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment process: Assessment, pre screen call and Adhoc project
• Schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews across different time zones. Coordinate calendar availability between candidates and hiring managers.
• Act as the main point of contact for candidate inquiries, maintaining clear communication and providing regular status updates throughout the hiring funnel.
• Keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) continuously updated with accurate candidate profiles, notes, and pipeline statuses.
• Collect pre-employment documents, run background checks, and coordinate with HR Ops to ensure smooth candidate onboarding.

About you

• Open for fresh graduates and experienced recruiter
• Hands-on experience with Job portals and calendar management tools (Google Workspace)
• Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and exceptional written and verbal communication
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive candidate information with confidentiality
