The success behind this role will be your ability to engage meaningfully with clients(patients) and those you recruit(support staff) to ensure these people are getting the best support on their journey of recovery.    Operating in the fast moving temporary market you will have a genuine willingness to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in. An existing client portfolio will offer true ownership and demand your total commitment. It is a role only suited to someone who is going to get up and go,go,go. Prior or existing recruitment or HR experience across elements of people management is preferred, but not essential. Excellence customer service and people skills essential. An average working week will be the same as what you are doing now; focusing on client/candidate management,issue resolution, process administration, sourcing new talent, managing existing temps on assignment.

    The key to this role is the strong interpersonal skills,a can do attitude that you need to bring to the desk. Naturally you will be a team player who enjoys a robust mix of team effort and single mindedness to achieve. Great culture awaits.
