Job Description

• Handle the recruitment process for Courier Partners across Java, Bali, and Lombok.
• Manage the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Handle and maintain relationships with potential and existing partners throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate with field stakeholders to ensure recruitment needs are fulfilled according to the required targets and timelines.
• Perform general administrative tasks related to the recruitment and partnership process.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
• Experience minimum 2 years in managing partnerships, partner acquisition, or working with partner-based recruitment models is highly preferred.
• Experience recruiting Couriers, Drivers, Riders, Warehouse Staff, Freelancers, or other operational positions is an advantage.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume recruitment needs and achieve recruitment targets within tight deadlines.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
