Recruitment Team Lead (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities – Recruitment Team Lead (TN Visa)

• Lead, supervise, and manage the TN Visa recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, and candidate endorsement.
• Ensure candidates meet job requirements and applicable TN Visa eligibility criteria before endorsement.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for US-based opportunities.
• Monitor recruitment pipelines, hiring progress, time-to-fill, and recruiter performance through regular reports.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to recruiters to improve productivity and recruitment outcomes.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and relevant departments regarding job requirements, interview schedules, candidate evaluations, and hiring decisions.
• Ensure accurate and complete candidate records and supporting documentation throughout the recruitment process.
• Identify recruitment bottlenecks and implement process improvements to reduce hiring timelines and improve candidate quality.
• Prepare and present recruitment reports, KPI updates, and hiring forecasts to management.
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies, data privacy requirements, and applicable recruitment regulations.
• Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to support a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in US recruitment, healthcare staffing, or TN Visa recruitment.
• At least 2 years of team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of TN Visa eligibility requirements, US employment processes, and candidate documentation.
• Proven ability to manage recruitment pipelines, meet hiring targets, and monitor team KPIs.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment reports, and candidate management tools.
• Ability to coordinate with hiring managers, candidates, and internal departments to ensure timely placements.
• Strong attention to detail in reviewing candidate qualifications and supporting documentation.
