Key Responsibilities:

• Watch job postings (e.g., Indeed) and get back to new applicants quickly
• Source and find candidates who fit specific staffing needs for open roles
• Hold first phone screenings to evaluate candidates’ experience, qualifications, and communication skills
• Check whether each candidate’s background and certifications meet the requirements of specific roles
• Judge personality and communication fit, especially for roles that require sensitivity and strong people skills
• Work through a high volume of applicants and leads to keep the hiring pipeline flowing
• Flag standout candidates for further evaluation and, over time, take a larger part in interviews
• Keep candidate pipelines and screening results organized and recorded

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in recruiting, candidate screening, or phone-based interviewing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to accurately evaluate candidate experience, qualifications, and personality fit
• Comfortable handling a high volume of applications and leads
• Punctual, careful, and self-motivated
• Strong communication skills and professionalism with applicants

Preferred Skills:

• Experience recruiting for healthcare, therapy, or medical roles
• Familiarity with job platforms such as Indeed
• Prior experience running phone screenings or preliminary interviews
• Ability to grow into full interview responsibilities as the role expands
• Strong organizational skills for managing several candidates at once
