Recycling Technician - 2nd Shift

We’re hiring dependable, hardworking people for a consistent 4:00 p.m.–midnight shift. You’ll earn $17.40 per hour plus a $2.00 shift premium—a total of $19.40 per hour while working this shift. We’ll provide paid, hands-on training and help you learn how to safely operate equipment and inspect and sort plastic horticultural containers and other plastic materials.

What You’ll Do:

• Inspect and sort materials by plastic type.
• Remove cardboard, metal, film, and other unwanted materials from the sorting line.
• Load materials onto a conveyor belt.
• Watch the line and help maintain material quality.
• Break down boxes and crates.
• Operate the baler safely after training.
• Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized.

What You’ll Bring:

• No previous manufacturing experience is needed—we’ll show you the ropes.
• Ability to bend, twist, climb, stand, and lift up to 50 lb.
• A dependable, can-do attitude and a willingness to pitch in as part of the team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to doing the job safely and right.
• Forklift experience is helpful, but it is not required.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
