Red Team Offsec Engineers

Looking for multiple experienced Offensive Security Consultants to join a highly capable and growing cybersecurity team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying hands-on technically , while also taking ownership of client engagements and helping develop junior security talent.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and delivering penetration testing and offensive security engagements
• Assessing web applications, APIs, networks, cloud and other technology environments
• Performing vulnerability assessments, source code reviews and security testing
• Developing security test plans for larger, complex projects
• Working directly with clients and technical SMEs
• Mentoring junior consultants and helping build offensive security capability

What we’re looking for:

✅ 2–3+ years’ client-facing cybersecurity consulting experience

✅ Strong penetration testing / offensive security background

✅ Experience identifying vulnerabilities across web apps and APIs

✅ Understanding of cloud, endpoint, network and/or IoT security

✅ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

✅ OSCP or CREST CRT essential
