The Role: Why You Matter

We are looking for a Red Team Ops Specialist to join our offensive security crew. This role is built for people who want to spend the majority of their time doing hands-on hacking — real offensive operations, not just paperwork. Whether you're just starting out or already have a couple of years of experience, if you're passionate about offensive security, we want to hear from you.

Your Mission:

• Spend the majority of your time on hands-on offensive security operations
• Perform and deliver Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Assessment, and Red Teaming engagements
• Consult clients on their security posture and translate findings into real, actionable fixes
• Research the latest attack techniques, tools, and CVEs to support our innovation team
• Document and present findings through clear, professional reports

You'll Excel If You Have:

• A genuine passion for offensive security and hacking
• 0–2 years of experience (fresh grads and junior ops are welcome!)
• A curious, self-driven mindset and comfort working through ambiguous problems
• Basic understanding of networks, web applications, or systems security

Bonus Points For:

• Certifications such as OffSec, GIAC, CREST, or EC-Council
• CVEs, Bug Bounty, or CTF experience
• Familiarity with common red team tooling (C2 frameworks, Cobalt Strike, BloodHound, etc.)
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell

Where You Will Work?

We are based at The Rice (BTS Saphan Kwai). This is a hybrid role—you only need to come to the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (9 AM - 6 PM).
