Homeie is building the consumer company for where you live.

The first product is the smartest way to rent a home in India. You tell Homeie what matters once, and our AI understands your taste, works a fragmented offline market on your behalf, helps you see only the homes actually worth considering, and gets the transaction done, including ₹0 security deposit upfront. What takes weeks today should eventually feel like one really good afternoon.

But renting is only where we enter the relationship. Where you live quietly shapes a huge part of your life: how you commute, where you spend, which neighbourhood you become part of, how much you pay every month, and eventually where you choose to buy a home.

We think there is an entirely new consumer company to build around that relationship.

We’ve raised  $750K  from a global fund whose backers include Abstract Ventures, Bain Capital and Long Journey. We are still a very small team today. That is about to change quickly.

Compensation: 10k-15k / month

What will you do at Homeie?

• Find the right conversations. Identify relevant subreddits and discussions around Gurgaon, moving cities, neighbourhoods and renting.
• Listen closely. Spot recurring questions, frustrations and information gaps that Homeie can help address.
• Research before responding. Find accurate, useful information and check details with the team before sharing advice or making product claims.
• Write like a person. Create thoughtful posts, comments and replies that suit the conversation and community.
• Build Homeie’s presence. Introduce the service where relevant, be clear about your connection to Homeie and respect each community’s rules.
• Turn conversations into insights. Share recurring concerns, customer language and content opportunities with the wider team.
• Keep track of what works. Maintain a record of communities, discussions and responses. Look at meaningful engagement, relevant traffic and enquiries.
• Work with the team. Coordinate on questions that need product or service input, and help develop useful explainers and resources.

Skills

• Writing: You can make a response useful, readable and natural.
• Research: You check the source before repeating the claim.
• Community judgement: You understand when to contribute, when to ask and when a brand mention adds nothing.
• Organisation: You keep track of conversations, follow-ups and findings.
