Reddit Operations Specialist

About the Role

You'll own how Halara shows up on Reddit — one of the internet's most influential communities for fashion, lifestyle, and shopping decisions. From creator partnerships to organic content, your work will directly drive brand awareness, community trust, and search-driven traffic across Western markets.

What You'll Do

• Own the brand's Reddit presence end-to-end — content strategy, posting, and community engagement.
• Run UGC creator programs: recruit, brief, and manage creators from first post through ongoing performance.
• Partner with growth, paid ads, and merchandising teams to align Reddit with GEO, paid campaigns, and product strategy.
• Track overseas social and e-commerce trends; bring AI into content production and community workflows.
• Deliver data-informed retrospectives and clear iteration proposals.

What We're Looking For

Core Competencies

• Deep Reddit expertise. You understand the platform's algorithm, subreddit culture, and how content travels across different communities. You know what works on r/femalefashionadvice vs. r/fashionreps vs. r/Buyitabasis — and why.
• GEO-driven growth. Proven ability to use Reddit to lift organic search and AI-driven visibility, with measurable results you can talk through.
• Western user insight. Overseas living, study, or work experience strongly preferred. You intuitively understand how Western consumers shop, decide, and talk online.
• English content craft. Strong native-level writing; able to own ideation, drafting, and quality review in a voice that fits each target subreddit.
• AI-native curiosity. Genuinely interested in how AI is reshaping content and growth; comfortable experimenting with new tools and workflows.

Experience

• 2+ years in overseas social media, content, or e-commerce growth.
• Reddit, community, or UGC project experience is a strong plus.
• Background in fashion, lifestyle, or DTC is welcome but not required.
