Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in claiming prizes and explain redemption mechanics
- Verify points/tickets and process redemption accurately
- Maintain proper display and cleanliness of the booth
- Monitor and replenish prize inventory
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally
- Coordinate with team regarding stock and booth operations
Qualifications:
- At least Senior High School graduate
- With or without experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
