Redemption Center Associate – Daytime Hours

Ron’s Market is hiring dependable team members for our Redemption Center in Farmington.

This is an active, hands-on position helping customers and processing Maine returnable beverage containers. No redemption experience is required — we will train you.

Responsibilities include helping customers with bottle and can returns, sorting and processing returnables, moving bags, boxes and containers, and keeping the redemption area clean and organized.

This job involves being on your feet throughout the shift and working in a fast-paced environment that can sometimes be messy. We’re looking for people who show up reliably, work well with a team, stay productive and treat customers respectfully.

What we’re looking for: Dependable attendance and punctuality; willingness to learn; ability to stay active throughout the shift; reliable transportation; and availability that works within our 9 AM–5 PM operating hours.

Flexible scheduling is available. Full-time and part-time applicants are welcome.

Pay: From $15.10 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
