Redi-Mix Driver

Associated Constructors LLC is looking to fill multiple positions as a Redi-mix Driver.

The Ready-Mix Driver is responsible for safely operating a concrete mixer truck to transport and deliver ready-mix concrete to residential, commercial, and industrial job sites. Drivers ensure timely deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of safety, customer service, and equipment care.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a ready-mix concrete truck in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Deliver concrete to customer job sites accurately and on schedule.
• Inspect the truck before and after each shift and report any maintenance issues.
• Operate mixer controls to ensure proper concrete consistency during transport and discharge.
• Maintain communication with the batch plant operator regarding delivery schedules and job site conditions.
• Complete delivery tickets and other required documentation accurately.
• Wash down and clean the truck after deliveries and at the end of each shift.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Provide courteous and professional customer service at every delivery.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A or Class B driver's license
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and DOT physical.
• Previous ready-mix or commercial driving experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders on the truck.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.
