About the Role:

The Reefer Dispatcher plays a critical role in managing and coordinating refrigerated freight shipments across the United States, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of temperature-sensitive goods. This position requires overseeing the scheduling and routing of refrigerated trucks, maintaining communication with drivers, and monitoring shipment progress to prevent delays or spoilage. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in freight dispatching, preferably with refrigerated or temperature-controlled shipments.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with national or regional refrigerated freight carriers.
