Point of View Studio is looking for a creative and reliable Reels & Video Content Creator with 1–2 years of experience to create engaging short-form video content for our clients.

This role is primarily focused on conceptualising and creating Instagram Reels and short-form videos. We’re looking for someone who understands visual storytelling, has a good sense of trends, and can turn a simple idea, product, or piece of content into an engaging video.

What you’ll do

• Conceptualise and create engaging Instagram Reels and short-form videos
• Create engaging hooks, transitions, text animations, and visual treatments
• Research relevant Instagram trends, formats, sounds, and references
• Adapt video content according to different brand identities and visual styles
• Work closely with the creative team to understand briefs and execute concepts
• Make revisions based on feedback
• Ensure all content is delivered within the agreed timelines
• Maintain consistency and quality across all video content

What we’re looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in video editing, reels, or social media content creation
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content
• Good sense of composition, pacing, typography, transitions, and visual storytelling
• Ability to understand a creative brief and turn it into a strong video
• Comfortable working with different types of brands and visual styles
• Creative thinking and willingness to experiment with new formats
• Good attention to detail
• Strong time management and timely delivery of work
• Ability to take feedback and make revisions efficiently

Software

Experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar video editing software is preferred.
