What they need
職責
- 協助飯堂的日常營運（包括早、午、下午茶及晚市），確保食物出品達致良好水平
- 協助制定餐單，包括中式及西式菜餚
- 協助帶領飯堂團隊(包括廚房、水吧及樓面員工)，指導及分配工作
- 確保工作區保持高標準的衛生、清潔和安全標準
- 為公司活動制定所需餐單及宴會餐單
- 協助招聘飯堂員工
- 執行公司分配的相關職責和任務
- 協助主廚日常和宴會安排或其指派的工作
- 於颱風等特別天氣情況下需維持飯堂營運，為前線同事提供膳食
要求
- 8年或以上中、西、快餐廚房經驗，具3年或以上管理經驗
- 具備衛生經理證書或相關食品安全資格
- 富有領導才能，有效帶領團隊並維持良好的工作氣氛
- 良好溝通技巧和人際關係，並能與不同部門協調
- 每天工作10小時，一星期六天工作，需輪班輪休
