Deine Aufgaben

Im Mittelpunkt Deiner Tätigkeit stehen folgende Schwerpunkte:

• Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Reports zur Risikosteuerung
• Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Präsentationen für Gremiensitzungen und Management-Entscheidungen
• Überprüfung und Validierung der Funktionsweise von Risikobewertungsverfahren sowie weiterer unternehmensweit eingesetzter Risikoparameter
• Analyse, Bewertung und Überwachung wesentlicher Risikoarten
• Durchführung von Datenanalysen sowie Aufbereitung komplexer Sachverhalte für unterschiedliche Stakeholder
• Mitarbeit in Projekten im Risikocontrolling- und Datenmanagementumfeld
• Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Methoden, Prozessen und Instrumenten des Risikocontrollings Erstellung von Ad-hoc-Auswertungen und Analysen für interne Ansprechpartner

Das bringst Du mit:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Mathematik, Statistik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Risikocontrolling oder in einer vergleichbaren analytischen Funktion wird vorausgesetzt
• Gute Kenntnisse regulatorischer Anforderungen im Banken- und/oder Leasingumfeld (z. B. MaRisk, ICAAP, ILAAP)
• Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
• Affinität zu Datenanalysen und komplexen Zusammenhängen
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SQL, SAS oder vergleichbaren Analysetools
• Strukturierte, selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen Kenntnisse bei der Anwendung von Künstlicher Intelligenz sind wünschenswert
