Reformer Pilates Instructor

Reformer Pilates Instructor

XO Fitness & Wellness – Centerville, OH
Part-Time | Flexible Schedule

XO Fitness & Wellness is looking for energetic, knowledgeable, and personable Reformer Pilates Instructors to join our growing Pilates team.

XO is a premium fitness and wellness studio combining Reformer Pilates, Strength & Conditioning, and Recovery & Wellness under one roof. We have a busy and growing Pilates program, a strong member community, and a beautiful studio equipped with 15 Balanced Body Allegro 2 Reformers.

We’re looking for instructors who can deliver safe, challenging and engaging classes while creating the welcoming, community-focused experience our members expect from XO.

What You'll Do

• Coach group Reformer Pilates classes with confidence and energy
• Provide clear instruction, demonstrations and appropriate modifications
• Correct technique and help members move safely and effectively
• Learn members' names and build genuine relationships
• Make new members feel comfortable and welcome
• Adapt exercises for different abilities, experience levels and injuries
• Maintain a clean, organized and professional Pilates studio
• Assist with equipment setup and care
• Encourage members and help create a positive class atmosphere
• Work collaboratively with the XO Pilates and management team
• Help celebrate member milestones and support XO's community and social media content

What We're Looking For

• Reformer Pilates certification or recognized Pilates training
• Strong understanding of Pilates principles, movement and technique
• Confident coaching groups with different experience levels
• Friendly, positive and approachable personality
• Reliable and punctual — our members depend on their instructor being there
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to provide corrections and individual attention during group classes
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to contribute to the wider XO community
• Availability for a consistent weekly teaching schedule

Why Teach at XO?

XO isn't a traditional gym or Pilates-only studio. Our members have access to a complete fitness and wellness experience including Reformer Pilates, Strength & Conditioning, infrared sauna, cold plunge, hot plunge, red light therapy, compression therapy and more.

You'll be joining an established studio with a large and active membership base, a dedicated Pilates room, high-quality equipment and a team that genuinely cares about creating a great member experience.

We're looking for instructors who want to coach, connect and become part of the XO community, not simply teach a class and leave.

Schedule

This is a part-time position with opportunities for regular weekly classes as well as additional substitute classes.

Morning, daytime, evening and weekend opportunities may be available.
