Reformer Pilates Instructor

Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and passionate Reformer Pilates Lead Instructor to join our dynamic fitness team. In this role, you will lead engaging and effective Pilates classes using reformer, inspiring clients to achieve their fitness goals while promoting proper technique and safety. Responsibilities

• Lead Reformer Pilates classes with clear instructions, demonstrations, and modifications tailored to diverse skill levels
• Ensure all participants perform exercises safely and correctly, providing personalized guidance as needed
• Create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages motivation, confidence, and enjoyment during each session
• Maintain equipment safety, cleanliness, and proper setup before and after classes
• Educate clients on anatomy, movement principles, and the benefits of Pilates to enhance their understanding and engagement
• Track client progress and provide feedback to support their fitness development
• Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and certification requirements to continually improve class quality

Qualifications

• Proven experience coaching Reformer Pilates
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy and movement mechanics relevant to Pilates exercises
• Excellent teaching skills with the ability to communicate clearly and motivate diverse groups of participants
• Familiarity with reformer machines and proper safety procedures during use
• Certification in Reformer Pilates instruction or equivalent credentials (Mandatory)
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals
