A little about us.

POTION PILATES is a new boutique reformer Pilates studio opening in Kelham Island, Sheffield, on 26 October.

We're creating something a little different.

A beautiful, welcoming space where movement feels like a ritual, confidence grows, and people come for the Pilates but stay for the feeling.

Our classes blend thoughtful programming, strength, playfulness and a genuine sense of community. We believe great Pilates should be challenging without being intimidating, and that everyone deserves to feel like they belong.

We're building a small, close-knit instructor team and would love to welcome one more brilliant person into the mix.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for a qualified Reformer Pilates Instructor who brings warmth, personality and a genuine love of teaching.

Someone who:

• Makes clients feel welcome, comfortable and confident, whatever their experience level.
• Has a strong understanding of reformer technique, alignment and safe, effective movement.
• Can offer thoughtful modifications while keeping classes engaging and enjoyable.
• Brings their own personality and creativity to their teaching.
• Enjoys building relationships with clients and being part of a community.
• Is reliable, communicative and excited to grow alongside a new studio.

We love instructors who take their teaching seriously without taking themselves too seriously.

You don't need to fit a particular aesthetic or personality type. We're interested in what makes your teaching uniquely yours.

Availability we're looking to fill

We currently have regular teaching opportunities available during:

Monday evenings

• 5:30 PM
• 6:30 PM
• 7:30 PM

Tuesday evenings

• 5:30 PM
• 6:30 PM

Thursday evenings

• 5:30 PM
• 6:30 PM
• 7:30 PM

Saturday mornings

• 9:00 AM
• 10:00 AM

We're particularly interested in someone who can take on consistent blocks of classes, although we don't expect one instructor to cover every available session.

There may also be opportunities for additional classes, private sessions and occasional cover as the studio grows.
