Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician

About the role

NUCOLD is seeking experienced Refrigeration Technicians to join our team in Bundaberg, Queensland. This full-time role is responsible for the maintenance, installation and repair of commercial, industrial, refrigeration and air conditioning systems.

What you'll be doing

• Diagnose and repair faults in refrigeration systems
• Installation of new refrigeration systems, including large scale commercial and industrial projects
• Perform preventative, corrective and reactive maintenance
• Provide exceptional customer service to clientele
• Order and maintain an inventory of necessary parts, stock and equipment
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards

What we're looking for

• Formal qualification Air Conditioning and Refrigeration / Certificate III in Electrotechnology (Dual trade)

• Strong technical skills and knowledge of commercial refrigeration & air conditioning systems

• Excellent problem solving and diagnostic abilities

• Customer service focused with strong communication skills

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
